We’re seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician who is hands-on, dependable, and takes pride in keeping communities running smoothly and residents happy.
Responsibilities:
Complete work orders efficiently, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and unit turns.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property.
Collaborate with property management staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
✅ Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience in multifamily housing or a related field strongly preferred.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs and using ladders/tools.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
EPA certification a plus but not required.
