What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service leadership
  • Minimum 1 year in quick-service restaurant required
  • Wendy's certification highly desired
  • Computer + POS system proficiency
  • Strong organizational and people skills
  • Culinary background is a plus
  • Able to interact across all levels (executives to hourly team)
