Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney - Baltimore, MD
$140,000-$155,000/yr

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our growing law firm. The successful candidate will assist in various legal matters with a focus on civil litigation, providing support to senior attorneys and contributing to successful case resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting legal research and preparing legal documents
• Draft pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
• Attend court hearings and client meetings as necessary
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and execution
• Client communication and providing legal advice under supervision
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
