🧠 About the Role:

As a Personal Injury Attorney, you'll be responsible for managing complex caseloads from inception through trial. You'll work closely with clients, expert witnesses, and a top-tier support team to deliver successful legal outcomes.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• 🏥 Handle Personal Injury (medical malpractice)
• ⚖️ Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
• 🤝 Communicate directly with clients, medical experts, and opposing counsel
• 👨 ⚖️ Attend depositions, court conferences, and trials
• 🧾 Evaluate and manage case strategies independently

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 🎓 J.D. from an accredited law school
• 🏛️ Admitted to the NY Bar (Required)
• 📅 3–7 years of litigation experience Minimum (Medical Malpractice highly preferred)
• 🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 💡 Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
• 🌍 Spanish-speaking is a plus!
