Job Summary

A Brand & Design Coordinator supports the development and execution of a company’s branding strategies to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms. They work closely with marketing management, graphic design, and other teams to maintain brand integrity, monitor market trends, and assist in campaign execution. We are seeking a creative team player to support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, sales support, and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring marketing initiatives to life—from content & graphic creation, brand integrity and other functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Compliance: Help maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in brand throughout STABILA, Inc both internally and externally.
  • Content development and coordination: Create and Maintain sales collateral including but not limited to flyer, sell sheets, promo sheets, catalogs etc.
  • Coordination with internal teams and vendors to develop marketing assets
  • Assist in maintenance of campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Internal Sales Portal maintenance: update assets as needed, conduct bi-monthly audit, and ensure accuracy.
  • Internal Marketing: support needs for internal activities such as events, merch needed, and content needed
  • Maintain Service & Repair Form
  • Photography knowledge a major plus.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a marketing, graphic design or communications role
  • Strong writing, verbal and content creation skills
  • Ability to easily manage multiple assignments with conflicting priorities
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Constant contact, Google Ads, & Canva)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Basic understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and email marketing best practices
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Collaboration & Teamwork mindset
