🚨 IMMEDIATE HIRING – CALL CENTER MANAGER (SACRAMENTO - NORTHGATE OFFICE)
💼 Salary: $66,800/year (Full-time, salary-based)
🕐 Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | In-office required (Hybrid flexibility after 60 days)
📍 Location: Sacramento, CA – Northgate Office

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee all day-to-day call center operations: openers, SP1s, dialers, team leads
• Ensure daily appointment goals are consistently met or exceeded
• Monitor KPIs, track performance, and keep the team energized and accountable
• Manage lead flow, dialer systems, team schedules, scripts, and attendance
• Support and coach team leaders while keeping a strong pulse on overall performance

• Prior sales or call center leadership experience is a must
• Strong technical and emotional intelligence
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives on structure, efficiency, and results
• Tech-savvy and systems-minded – fast with CRMs, dialers, dashboards, etc.
• Able to motivate and lead a team with clarity, energy, and empathy
• Must be comfortable working 50–60 hours/week — this is not a 9-to-5 role
