Job Summary: We are a FedEx Ground contracted company
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with all federal and state transportation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate commercial vehicles Class A in a safe and efficient manner.
No Touch Freight.
Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle.
Maintain accurate logs and records in compliance with DOT regulations.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Report any vehicle issues or delays promptly.
Ensure cargo is secured properly and complies with weight limits and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class A license.
Clean driving record and current DOT medical card.
Minimum 1 year in the last 3 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle unexpected situations calmly.
Required Certifications:
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class A
DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate – Current and valid.
Doubles/Triples Endorsement (T) – Must have or willing to get.
