About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Marketing organization. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing Leadership Team, driving strategic alignment, and ensuring the execution of key initiatives. This role requires a master of cross-functional leadership, a practiced decision-maker, and a determined problem solver, capable of managing competing demands and priorities. The Chief of Staff will have a direct impact on the team's productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, and overseeing executive program management. Responsibilities include managing annual planning, org performance metrics, internal communications, and executive reporting, as well as driving and monitoring OKRs and KPIs for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, executive-level advising, and interdepartmental collaboration, with a focus on the marketing function at a high-growth technology company. They must be adept at operating in highly ambiguous environments, capable of handling projects that span multiple departments, and be highly nimble in meeting business needs. Experience in organizational change, and communications, and a proven track record of leading strategic planning at a hyper-growth company are essential. The role demands an individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to work with executives at all levels, and a high level of integrity in managing confidential information. An entrepreneurial spirit, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and a proactive approach to anticipating the needs of the executive team are also key attributes for the Chief of Staff.
