Ciclo Bartender

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Ciclo Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will be someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.

What you will do:

Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! It is more than serving drinks, but rather creating a Food & Beverage experience in Ciclo. Bartenders ensure each guest is greeted promptly, anticipates their needs, offers recommendations and takes the guest's order. Every detail is important, and the Bartender ensures every guest receives the highest quality service.

What you bring:

• 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably within a luxury hotel and/or high-end bar environment.
• Working knowledge of Micros POS system is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and personal presentation skills required.
• Guest-focused mentality and understanding the importance of guest's preferences.
• The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
• Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Ciclo Bartenders to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
