Job Description

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial or industrial construction projects from planning through closeout. This role ensures work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to client specifications—all while keeping field teams and stakeholders aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle—schedule, budget, resources, and quality control
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Track progress and adjust timelines or resources as needed
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, safety, and compliance
• Work with estimators and procurement teams on project pricing and materials
• Lead progress meetings and coordinate with field superintendents
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, permits, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial, civil, or industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety practices
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trade teams
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• PMP or similar certification a plus but not required
