Responsibilities:
 The safe operation of company owned cranes
 Daily monthly maintenance and inspections
 Assembly and disassembly of cranes for transport
 Understand and follow all industry recognized signals and rigging practices
 Ensure project safety rules and environmental regulations are always followed
Qualifications:
 NCCCO Certified
 Valid CDL driver’s license
 Proven communication, organization, and time management skills
 Ability to access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and
environments
 Ability to operate other various construction equipment is a major plus, including
excavators, forklifts, manlifts, backhoes, dozers, graders, etc.
Necessary Attributes:
 Team player with strong interpersonal skills
 Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
 Dedicated and hard working
Applicants, if hired, will become a member of our construction crew. It should not be
expected that crane operation will be full time. We need applicants that are willing to
work in all aspects of our construction crews when they are not needed in the crane.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour DOE
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

 10 hour shift
 8 hour shift
