High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Ability to cook and manage household tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to show empathy and understand the needs of individuals with disabilities. Willingness to learn and participate in job-specific training and ongoing professional development. Basic computer skills for documentation, communication, and training purposes. Physical Demands: Requires light and/or heavy lifting, repetitive bending, sight, hearing, and ability to move with ease.
