Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an Employee Success Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Duties:

  • Provides guidance and direction to employees and managers regarding company HR policies and procedures that champions the company’s vision, values and culture
  • Provides front-line support in the prevention and resolution of employee questions or concerns
  • Recommends effective solutions and takes appropriate actions to address workplace concerns, and escalates as applicable to Employee Relations Managers for further investigation
  • Supports business partners on employee inquiries by interpreting policies and providing consistent practices
  • Creates and implements internal team procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimizations
  • Maintains accurate, timely, and required documentation of activities to ensure quality employee records and metrics
  • Collaborates with other centers of excellence such as Employee Relations, Benefits, and Talent Development
  • Consults and builds relationships with all levels of operational management and HR team members
  • Exercises sound judgment and expertise within broadly defined policies and practices

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience consulting on human resources policies and processes with employees and managers
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist
  • Prior Employee Relations in performance management, coaching, employee/manager guidance, workplace accommodations experience ideal
  • Prior experience in a centralized HR department or shared services organization preferred
  • Experience with case management systems and Workday preferred
  • Ability to manage a high volume of employee cases
  • Experience applying company policies and procedures
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment
  • Strong professional verbal and written communications

The approximate pay range for this position is between $17.00 and $25.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
