About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Creative Director to lead the development and execution of creative materials that will enhance the brand's market reputation and culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end creative production process, from conception to final delivery, and will work closely with in-house and external teams to ensure the creative vision is realized. This role requires a leader who can inspire and mentor a team, as well as manage the creative strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Creative Director will also be tasked with building successful partnerships across creative, marketing, and product teams, and must have a proven track record of producing award-winning work. Candidates for the Executive Creative Director position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in design, communication, storytelling, and creativity, with at least 10 years' in a Creative Director capacity. A strong portfolio that includes integrated marketing campaigns and a history of directing the creative development of performance marketing assets is essential. The role demands a leader with a keen attention to detail, a passion for brands and design, and a fascination with applying creativity to marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative problem-solver, and a mentor who can foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity within the creative team.
