Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and see how an HR department really works? Our 6–12 month internship is designed to give you exposure to a variety of HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. This is your chance to develop real skills, work alongside experienced HR professionals, and make a meaningful impact every day.
What You’ll Do:Be a key support to our HR team — handle filing, scanning, uploading documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Get involved in major HR programs — recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits enrollment, leave management, safety/workers comp, and employee engagement initiatives.
Support payroll functions when needed, learning how HR and payroll work together to keep things running smoothly.
A recent graduate or current student in Human Resources or Business.
Curiosity and foundational knowledge of HR areas like talent acquisition, compensation, or employee engagement.
Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations (or willingness to learn quickly!).
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel — bonus points if you’ve used online HR or payroll systems.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
Great communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal — to connect with employees and leaders alike.
