Job Title: Inventory Coordinator (Tool Room) Location: Butler, New Jersey Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $17.75 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 7-3:30p, Mon-Fri Description: Prepare set-up tool kits using setup schedule, production schedule and Bill of Tools CN-FR-005 Sort returned inserts for repeated internal use and outside recycling program. Maintain inventory to ensure that tools needed for scheduled orders are available and being ordered. Perform monthly CNC Tooling Cost Analysis and report to the manager. Select, negotiate and obtain quotes from multiple Tooling suppliers. Fill out and submit purchase requisitions for tooling supplies. Assist employees with choosing and locating right tools. Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus! Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. Basic Math Skills required – measuring/use of calculator Microsoft Office Experience – Word, Excel, Database, Outlook Familiar with using measuring instruments such as calipers. Familiarity with cutting metals strongly preferred.
