LGBTQ+ Primary Care Physician - Manhattan, NY

Northwell Healths Department of Medicine is seeking a board-certified Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team to focus on the healthcare of LGBTQ+ communities in New York City . The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in caring for these communities, including having AAHIVS. Candidates with three to five years of clinical experience, including TGNB-affirming hormone prescribing in primary care, sexual health, PrEP/Doxy-PEP & HIV are preferred.

Highlights include:

  1. Serve as a core physician in Northwell Healths broader initiative to expand LGBTQ+ focused, comprehensive primary care services across multiple sites.
  2. Be a member of the Division of General Internal Medicine, while co-reporting to the Director of LGBTQ+ Care.

  4. Potential for educational involvement within Lenox Hill Hospital's Internal Medicine Residency Program and LGBTQ+ track.
  5. Faculty appointment with the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra University.
