Required Qualifications:

  • Willingness to engage in daily face-to-face interactions with potential members in the field.
  • Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain one prior to the start date.
  • Proficient with technology, including laptops, mobile apps, and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Clear and valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits. A Motor Vehicle Report will be conducted for this position.
  • Recommended internet connection speed: at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
  • Must reside within the designated service area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with TEAMS and PowerPoint.
  • Involvement in community service, organizations, activities, or volunteerism.
  • Previous experience selling Medicare products.
  • Bilingual skills for effective communication in English and another language.
  • Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations.

Additional Information:

  • Associates speaking with members in languages other than English must complete a language proficiency assessment.

Appointments or events may occur during evenings and weekends, so flexibility is essential for success in this role.

Training will occur in the first three to four weeks of employment, and attendance is mandatory.

Schedule: 40 hours per week.

Compensation Range: A good faith estimate for the base pay is between $31,800 - $43,800 per year, with commission incentive possibilities based on performance.
