Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Production Scheduler for a 8 months Contract position with a client located in Torrance, CA

Pay Range: $30/hr - $35/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Description

• Effectively manage the production plan to meet daily build rates and ensure date fidelity on finish dates.
• Ensure adequate material availability and capacity availability prior to release of production orders to operations.
• Monitor production operations progress to ensure that build execution is occurring as planned.
• Drive actions to address and resolve aging orders (aged WIP).
• Act as the focal point for reporting and resolving all issues impacting production schedule execution.
• Develop (if needed) and monitor recovery plans.
• Lead/support efforts to understand root cause and corrective actions for process failures relating to execution of the production plan.
• Participate in tiered accountability process
• 1+ years experience
