Job Title Professional Services Technical Consultant, Lead Essential Job Responsibilities The ability to present yourself as a confident ACH Technical Consulting professional in any customer-facing situation (in-person, via telephone, or electronically via email) willing to provide excellent support to financial institution clients regardless of any personal perceptions held is the number one responsibility on the PS team. Technical leadership for project-based assignments; you may be the Fiserv expert on the ACH team. Working with cross-functional project teams to install and test high availability Payments applications. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and smoke test Fiserv products using many of the following technologies with a high level of proficiency: JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, and web services. Extensive experience with ACH APIs, especially PEP Direct API, Exchange, and CommonView. As requested, provide technical platform support documentation as part of project deliverables. Salary Range $100,000.00 - $165,600.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York, and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
