Project Coordinator - Remote possibility

What's in it for you?

What will you be doing?

Initiates service and installation job process from emails and project schedules.
Utilizing company systems, assist with staffing jobs with technicians or contractors to fill installation and service jobs.
Obtains Purchase Orders for sub-contractors.
Check for site readiness, confirm all shipments of hardware are delivered prior to technician arrival
Back up and support all functions of the Project Team members.

What do you bring?

3-5 years project experience
Proficient Computer and MS Office Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal instructions
