District Manager – Quick Casual Restaurant Group (Decatur, IL)

Join a thriving restaurant group as a District Manager overseeing five (5) fast food/quick casual restaurants in the Decatur, Springfield and Champaign, IL markets. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across five locations, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to achieve performance goals.
• Drive customer satisfaction by aligning teams with brand standards and operational excellence.
• Monitor sales, costs, and profitability, implementing strategies to meet financial targets.

• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management, ideally within the fast food or quick casual sector.
