Position Overview

As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar, and closing sales. This is a high-energy, sales-focused role with unlimited earning potential. No solar experience is requiredwe provide all the training and tools you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through outreach, referrals, and company resources
• Conduct consultations to assess homeowner energy needs and explain solar savings
• Present tailored solar proposals and close deals with confidence
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing sales training sessions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required); college degree a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals

Compensation

$50,00000 $100,000.00 per year (commission-based with performance bonuses; top performers can exceed $150,000+)
