We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Shade Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in measuring, assembling, and installing a variety of window treatments, ensuring a perfect fit and a professional finish for every customer.

Responsibilities:

• Measure windows accurately for custom shades, blinds, and draperies.
• Install manual and motorized window treatments, including mounting hardware.
• Inspect and test installations to ensure proper function and a clean finish.
• Communicate with customers to explain operation and maintenance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards on every job site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in window treatment installation or a related field (carpentry, handyman, etc.) preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to read and follow measurements, diagrams, and installation instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on ladders or scaffolding when needed.
