We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for installing a variety of brands—including Mecho, Springs Window Fashions, Graber, Draper, and Hunter Douglas—on commercial and residential projects. Job site training will be provided, but prior hands-on experience with tools and construction settings is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Safely install roller shades and other window treatments according to manufacturer instructions and project specifications Measure openings, align brackets, predrill as needed, and secure installations with proper hardware Ensure products are level, functional, and securely fastened to prevent damage or safety issues Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the project, including proper cleanup at the end of each day Adapt to different job sites, conditions, and installation scenarios Communicate effectively, ask questions when needed, and follow instructions to protect client property and deliver quality results Requirements Prior experience with construction, carpentry, or installation preferred Ability to safely use drills, drill bits, and other standard installation tools Familiarity with hardware (self-tapping metal/wood screws, brackets, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability for different job conditions Reliable transportation to job sites PPE Required: Hard hat, steel-toe shoes, gloves, and safety glasses (required at all sites) Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials as needed Why Join Us On-the-job training for brand-specific products Work with a respected company on diverse projects Steady, full-time work with opportunities to grow your skills Power Labor
