Job Description

A client of Insight global is hiring a Sr. Information Technology (IT) Project Manager for a contract to hire role, who will manage all operational support teams for Xplor. This job will coordinate people and processes to ensure projects & initiatives are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project or initiative's organization and timeline. This role will be very hands on and involved with the teams day to day!

The primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities are:
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Create project deliverables ie. scope definition, status report, RAID log, etc.
Conduct data collection, cleansing, and preparation to support analysis efforts

SAFe, PMP / PRINCE II certification
Experience with data visualization tools (e. g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Have a background in business skills, 5+ years project management, budgeting and analysis.
Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Excellent time management, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
Adaptability, flexibility and open to change (positive or negative) and to consider variety in workplace
Experience working within a SAFe framework
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
