Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Executive Protection Agents across D.C., Virginia and Maryland to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and conflict management, as well as the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. The Protection Agent will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to detect and deter suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential threats or disturbances.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, maintaining clear communication regarding any incidents.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports for future reference.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is required.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential risks or hazards.
• Must be able to pass background checks and any required training certifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $ $45.00 per hour
